years of COMBINED Industry EXPERIENCE
If your tile floor never looks clean no matter how often you mop, the problem usually lives in the grout lines. Here's what we see most in Valley homes.
Four services cover nearly every tile and grout job we see. Each starts with a free estimate so you know exactly what your floor needs.
Tile and grout work covers more than ceramic. These materials get the same care, matched to what each surface can handle.
Drag the handle to compare the same tile floor before and after a professional cleaning. This is what comes out of grout that mopping has been feeding for years.

See the results for yourself. Our cleaning, polishing, and sealing services bring worn, stained, and dull surfaces back to life, with results you can see and trust.

How often does grout need to be sealed?

Grout in busy rooms loses its seal faster than grout in a guest bath. Across most homes it runs every six months to three years, depending on the surface and the traffic it takes. We check the condition of your seal during the estimate and tell you what we find.
Why does grout turn dark?

Grout is porous. Mop water carries soil into it and leaves that soil behind as the water dries, so the lines darken over time, worst along the paths people actually walk.
Can you restore or change our grout color?

Yes. Grout color sealing coats each line with a sealed layer of uniform color. We can bring blotchy grout back to its original shade or apply a new color.
How soon can we walk on the floor afterward?

It depends on whether your visit is cleaning alone or includes sealing, since sealer needs time to cure. We confirm timing before the work starts so you can plan around it.
