Surfaces Restored

years of COMBINED Industry EXPERIENCE
Cave Creek floors deal with more grit than most of the Valley: dust off the trails, gravel drives, and monsoon season all end up in the grout. These are the calls we get most out here.
Four services cover nearly every tile and grout job we see. Your free in-home estimate covers all of it, and we tell you plainly which ones your floor needs.
Saltillo, terracotta, porcelain, and slate get the same care as ceramic, matched to what each material can handle.
Drag the handle to compare the same floor before and after truck-mounted extraction. This is what desert dust looks like when it finally leaves.

See the results for yourself. Our cleaning, polishing, and sealing services bring worn, stained, and dull surfaces back to life, with results you can see and trust.

Do you actually service Cave Creek, or just the edge of Scottsdale?

Cave Creek and Carefree are core territory for us. Estimate requests get a same-business-day response, usually a call within about 15 minutes on weekdays, and the estimate happens at your home, free.
We have saltillo. Do you clean it the same way?

Saltillo gets its own process. It is softer and more porous than ceramic, so we match the equipment, chemistry, and sealer to the material. There is a dedicated saltillo page with the details.
How often should grout be sealed out here?

The realistic range is every six months to three years depending on the surface and traffic. Dusty, high-traffic floors sit at the shorter end, and we tell you where yours falls during the estimate.
Our grout is cracking. Is that urgent?

Sooner is better. Cracked grout lets water reach the bed under the tile, and that is how single-line repairs grow into bigger ones. We remove the failed sections and regrout them.
