Surfaces Restored

years of COMBINED Industry EXPERIENCE
Arizona backyards put smooth stone and water side by side, and a surface that feels fine dry becomes a different one with a film of water on it. These are the spots we treat most.
The treatment works in the surface, not on top of it. It creates microscopic treads in the stone itself, so there is no coating to chip, peel, or wear through, and the look of the surface barely changes. Traction improves wet and dry, barefoot and in shoes.
This treatment is for honed and textured surfaces: travertine, slate, saltillo, flagstone, brick, terrazzo, porcelain and ceramic tile, concrete, and honed marble and granite. It is not for polished stone. Polishing is what makes those floors glassy, so a polished floor needs a different conversation first. We will tell you at the estimate which category your floor falls into.
We assess the surface and test a small, out-of-the-way spot first, so you can see the result before we commit the whole floor. Then it is clean, apply, neutralize, rinse, and a traction check before we leave. Most surfaces are walkable the same day, and we confirm exact timing before we start.

See the results for yourself. Our cleaning, polishing, and sealing services bring worn, stained, and dull surfaces back to life, with results you can see and trust.

Will it change how my floor or pool deck looks?

Little to no visible change. The treatment works in the surface rather than coating it, so there is no film, no gloss, and no plastic look. On most stone you won't pick out a treated surface by eye.
Does it work when the surface is wet?

Wet performance is the point. Traction improves wet and dry, barefoot and in shoes, and the treatment keeps working on submerged surfaces like pool steps.
How long does it last?

The treatment changes the surface itself rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no coating to peel or wear through. How long it holds depends on traffic and cleaning habits, and we will give you an honest read for your floor at the estimate.
Can you treat polished marble floors?

Not directly. The treatment is made for honed and textured surfaces, and a polished floor needs a different approach. Ask us at the estimate and we will walk you through the options for your specific floor.
How soon can we walk on it?

Most treated surfaces are walkable the same day. Pools, showers, and other wet areas have their own timing, and we confirm all of it before work starts so you are not guessing.
