years of COMBINED Industry EXPERIENCE
If your tile never looks clean no matter how often you mop, the problem usually lives in the grout lines. These are the calls we get most from Scottsdale homes.
Four services cover nearly every tile and grout job we see. Each starts with a free in-home estimate, so you know exactly what your floor needs and what it does not.
Tile and grout work covers more than ceramic. Saltillo, terracotta, porcelain, and slate each get the same process, matched to what the material can handle.
Drag the handle to see the same floor before and after truck-mounted cleaning. Years of mop water came out of these lines.

See the results for yourself. Our cleaning, polishing, and sealing services bring worn, stained, and dull surfaces back to life, with results you can see and trust.

How often should grout be sealed in Scottsdale?

Busy rooms lose their seal faster than guest baths. The realistic range is every six months to three years depending on the surface and traffic, and we tell you where your floor falls during the free estimate.
Why does our grout keep turning dark?

Grout is porous. Mop water carries soil into the lines and leaves it behind as the water dries, which is why the darkening follows the paths people actually walk. Extraction cleaning pulls that soil back out.
Can you make our grout one consistent color again?

Yes. Grout color sealing coats each line with a sealed layer of uniform color, either back to the original shade or a new one. It also seals the grout against future staining in the same pass.
How soon can we walk on the floor afterward?

It depends on whether your visit is cleaning alone or includes sealing, since sealer needs time to cure. We confirm timing before the work starts so you can plan around it.
