What We Look For

Reliability first. Stone restoration is a trade you can be taught, and we do train, but showing up on time at a client's home and treating it with respect is not something we can teach. Prior experience in stone care, tile, flooring, or general trades is a plus and not a requirement. A clean driving record and the ability to lift equipment are both necessary for field roles.

What the Work Involves

Field technicians work in occupied homes and businesses across Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and the wider Valley. The job means moving equipment, protecting a client's space before work starts, running machines with care on expensive natural stone, and leaving the site cleaner than you found it. Most jobs are single-day.
